After Sophie finished her BBA (law) and LLB double degrees in The University of Hong Kong, she attained her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws in The University of Hong Kong in 2014 and admitted to practice law in 2016.
Prior to joining our firm in 2018, Sophie was involved in various corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions and securities regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters. She has also dealt with a wide range of contentious matters including criminal litigations and regulatory investigations, matrimonial cases, shareholders’ disputes and general civil matters.
Sophie’s current practice focuses on matrimonial law matters including divorce, child custody, care and control and access arrangements, ancillary relief applications involving capital and maintenance claims, financial settlements, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and injunction applications.
